from the brewery - pours a hazy dark blond beer under a very foamy head ; nice lace; the aroma is yeasty with deep notes of caramel, flowers and almonds; medium-bodied and with a solid carbonation, some tartness and an acidic touch; moderate bitterness and a long flowery and slightly peppery finish - quite interesting
